The AACI, P.App (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation denotes fully accredited membership in the Institute and may be used by the holder for the appraisal of a full range of real property types.
Please note: anyone seeking the use of the AACI designation must also hold a degree from an accredited university. However, this is an exit requirement, not entrance requirement for candidacy and the degree may be completed during the period of candidacy.
